Funding Lenders Membership Directory Listing Agreement

1. Membership Fee: The annual fee for listing in the Funding Lenders Membership Directory is $1,295.00 This fee is non-refundable and is due upon signing this agreement.

2. Eligibility: To qualify for a listing in our directory, all lenders must:

  • Be licensed and in good standing with relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Not engage in predatory lending practices.
  • Notify us immediately if they lose their licenses or if there are significant changes to their licensing status.

3. Exclusion of Liability: By signing up, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Funding Lenders from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from the information provided or services rendered by the lender. We are not responsible for any issues related to the lender’s business operations or loan activities.

4. No Pay-Per-Lead Arrangement: Our directory operates on a set annual fee structure. We do not offer pay-per-lead arrangements or guarantee any leads. The fee covers the inclusion of your listing in our directory for the duration of the membership year.

5. No Loan Services Provided: Funding Lenders does not provide loan services or engage in any financial transactions. Our role is solely to provide a platform for lenders to be listed in our directory.

6. Compliance and Conduct: Lenders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing their business practices. Any misconduct, including predatory lending or failure to maintain required licenses, will result in immediate removal from the directory without refund.

7. Agreement Duration and Renewal: This agreement is valid for one year from the date of acceptance. Membership is renewable annually. Renewal rates and terms may vary, and members will be notified of any changes prior to the renewal period.

8. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and remove a lender from the directory at our discretion if the lender fails to comply with the terms of this agreement or engages in any prohibited practices.
